We know that lots of bands, teams, and other school groups host camps or retreats meant to help them bond together as a group and focus on their common interests. A great way to make these events even more productive is to move your group away from all of the distractions of home and your normal routine. Timber Lake West is a great place where you can take your school group for a tremendous and productive mini camp or retreat. The gorgeous landscape that surrounds our campus will help your group to get the reflective and committed mood needed to sharpen your skills for the upcoming season or competition or to enjoy the common interest you all share.
We welcome groups for just a day, a few nights, or even more extended stays, and we know your group will leave us having done some great bonding!
Each of our groups will be assigned one of our event liaisons to help them plan their event and get the most out of our wide array of camp services. We want to make sure you have access practice space, other facilities, and services needed to make sure your group leaves our campus feeling proud of what they accomplished and full of great memories. In addition to having our long list of versatile facilities at your disposal, you will have our staff at your service to make sure your event runs smoothly and you always have someone to turn to with questions or requests.
Our experienced chefs at Timber Lake West serve large servings of comfort food to all of our visiting groups to keep them full throughout their stay. We design menus suited to satisfy every guest in your group, no matter what their preferences or dietary restrictions are, and we welcome your feedback. Our visiting school groups love all of our meals-from our outdoor barbecues to our more formal celebration dinners.
Our dining room offers ample dining space for even large groups and beautiful views overlooking the campus and surrounding lakes.
